Google Sheets keyboard shortcuts

Google Sheets borrows many Excel shortcuts, so moving between the two is easy, but a handful differ: strikethrough, sheet switching and find-and-replace on a Mac all use other keys. Because Sheets runs in a browser, a few combos can be intercepted by the browser itself; Google lets you turn on compatible spreadsheet shortcuts in Help > Keyboard shortcuts.
