Mac keyboard shortcuts
On a Mac the Command key (⌘) does the job Ctrl does on Windows, and Option (⌥) plays the role of Alt. Once that mapping clicks, most shortcuts transfer directly: Cmd+C copies, Cmd+Z undoes, and Shift is added to reverse or extend an action.

Press Option+Cmd+Esc to open the Force Quit Applications window, pick the frozen app and click Force Quit.

Shift+Cmd+3 captures the whole screen, Shift+Cmd+4 lets you drag a selection, Shift+Cmd+4 then Space captures one window, and Shift+Cmd+5 opens the Screenshot app. Add Control to copy to the clipboard instead of saving a file.
