⌘cmd⇧shiftXThere is no universal strikethrough key: it depends on the app. Google Docs and Sheets use Alt+Shift+5 (Cmd+Shift+X on Mac), Excel uses Ctrl+5, and Word for Mac uses Cmd+Shift+X.
